Klassy Kats of Butts County Klassy Kats of Butts County is a state licensed, all-volunteer, nonprofit cat rescue located in Jackson, Georgia. We do not have our own facility, but rather use foster homes to care for felines in our rescue. Additionally our rescue has a barn kitty program which fully vets working cats for rodent control that are not adoptable as lap kitties, or able to return to their original location. Rescues are not licensed to pick up strays. We do not provide spaying and neutering for personal pets, but will gladly provide information on the many great veterinarians and clinics available for spaying, neutering, and all medical needs. We do host low cost spay and neuter events as we are able. We are always seeking both volunteers and fosters for the kitties that we care for. Please keep Klassy Kats in mind when looking for a valuable way to support your community.
Our Mission:
Klassy Kats s a no-kill cat rescue organization dedicated to providing a healthy and safe environment for felines that have nowhere left to turn in Butts County and have been owner-released. Felines that come into our rescue are fully vetted prior to finding loving and permanent homes through our adoption process.
Our Vision:
We are committed to reducing the overpopulation of cats in the Butts County" kommunity" by using a pro-active approach of promoting low-cost spay and neuter programs, along with educating and assisting the community with Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) projects.
