Thank you for contacting us. Please read through our FAQ tab on this website to find answers to common questions before submitting this form. If you cannot find an answer to your qusetion on our FAQ page, or need additional information, please be specific in your request in the message box included.
If you are requesting to surrender a cat, or kittens, please email us directly at the email address below. All of the following information MUST be included in order to receive a reply to the request. We are a very small all-volunteer organization and do not have our own facility, so our resources are limited for intake assistance. We will not be able to respond to surrender requests without the below information.

Your surrender request email to Klassy Kats must include the following:
1 - Your full name.
2 - Your address and the address where the cat(s) are located, and MUST include the county that is on your driver's license.
3 - The reason you are desiring to surrender the cat(s).
4 - Ages and sexes of the cat(s).
5 - The health condition and of the cat(s) and if it is spayed or neutered.
6 - Veterinary care received for the cat(s).
7 - Does the cat(s) get along with other pets and can be handled easily.
8 - How long you have owned the cat.
9 - Send pictures in your email of the cat(s).

Visit Our Kitties!
Our adoptable kitties are available for viewing online or at the Petsense store in Locust Grove, GA during store hours. Once you have seen a cat or kitten that you are interested in, please complete an online application by visiting our applications page on this website, or competing one in person at one of the locations listed above. As soon as your application has been received, a formal Meet and Greet will be made for you to meet the kitty you are interested in as well as any others available for adoption. We look foward to working with you!

Cats may be viewed during store hours.
For a personal Meet and Greet, please complete an adoption application, and a Klassy Kat volunteer will meet you at the store for your own personalized meeting. We are at the store most Saturday's from noon until 3 pm, but can work with applications for Meet and Greets at other days/times with an approved application.
